I have owned my InterVac since January of 2002 and it is still working great!
It was the best decision I have made in the vacuum department. So much easier than one you have to haul around. Since I haven’t had any problems with it I have no idea how good your customer relations are but I would just as soon never have to find out. Thank you for making a great vacuum.
