Intervac Design Corp Product Registration

This product guaranteed by Intervac Design Corp to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use as long as owned by the original purchaser. A completed warranty card must be on file at Intervac Design Corp to make the guarantee valid. Upon verification of proof of purchase, Intervac Design Corp will repair or replace the product (with same or similar model) at their option, without charge for either parts or labor. (Guarantee does not apply to removal or installation.) The purchaser shall bear all shipping, packing and insurance cost to and from the Intervac Design Corp manufacturing plant. The guarantee will not apply to this product if it has been abused, altered, damaged by misuse or misuse due to over weight limitations of the dinghy and/or motor.

Intervac Design Corp does not guarantee the installation of their product on a boat or dinghy. Neither this guarantee nor any other guarantee, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, shall extend beyond the guarantee period. No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages, including but without limiting the same, to mathematical accuracy of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
