Most new, unopened merchandise sold by InterVac Design can be returned within 14 days of purchase. InterVac Design will reimburse the customer for shipping to the customer, but the customer will be responsible for returning the item to InterVac Design and may be subject up to a 50% restocking fee.  

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or credited to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit.

If you're missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or by check may be in our system within 14 days of purchase. Original shipping charges will be fully refunded if the return is the result of an error by InterVac Design. Exceptions may apply. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Written copies of InterVac Design’s return Policy will be provided upon request.

InterVac Designs return policies only apply to items purchased direct from InterVac Designs website and other store fronts. Items purchased from a third-party or marketplace seller, but not shipped by InterVac Design must be returned to the selling party in accordance with their return policies.

If an order arrived damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact InterVac Design Customer Support within 14 days for resolution.

We require a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification for non-receipted returns and returns generated from purchases made with Store Credits. InterVac Design uses a third-party refund verification system. All returns are subject to verification system approval.

If your order is eligible for online return, please send it to InterVac Design, ATT: Returns, 2339 SW 42nd Ave, Palm City, FL 34990. The return must include your original purchase receipt.


Each customer at InterVac Design is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the customer, unless otherwise noted on a special sale or discount. Customers will be able to choose what type of shipping service they would like for their shipments; USPS, FedEx, UPS, expedited, etc.) Please allow InterVac Design up to 2 business days (excluding company observed holidays) to prepare your shipment.

Shipping cost vary from location to location. Typical costs are between $5 and $25 depending on the weight of your order and location being shipped to. Buy is responsible for all shipping charges or buyer can provide a shipping label to cover the shipping costs. 

InterVac Design offers free pickup at its primary location in Palm City, FL from 8am-3pm, Monday-Friday (excluding company observed holidays). Please call ahead to make sure your item(s) are ready.

If your item(s) have not been shipped, please contact InterVac Design directly to cancel your item(s). If your item(s) have already shipped with the billing and shipping address provided, InterVac Design will not be able to cancel your order and you will be responsible for charges accrued from a delivery that was returned to InterVac Desing for not being “deliverable to the address provided”.
